ADMISSIONs PROCEDURES Preschool
Please complete the following steps in order to be considered for admissions: Preschool
- Parents interested in enrolling their students must fill out the Prospective Admissions Request Form and submit it to the school. The information you provide will help us to better assist you in enrolling your child (or confirm a position on our waiting list.)
- Parents will be notified once the request has been processed. At this time we will notify the parent regarding details of program availability. If there is availability, the parent has 48 hours to accept the enrollment position before the next person on the waiting list is notified.
- If the family has not already done so, setting up a time to stop by or observe may be considered in order to appreciate the value of our classroom structure.
- If granted provisional acceptance to Seedsowers Montessori a materials fee will be required and you will move to the next phase of enrollment (accepted new student procedures).
ACCEPTED NEW ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
Once your child has been granted provisional acceptance to our program you will be issued a New Enrollment Packet which needs to be completed promptly. All paperwork must be complete and ideally turned into the school one month prior to enrollment. After reviewing the enrollment packet, a final meeting will take place to discuss the details of your child’s final acceptance and answer any questions you may have.
RE-ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES 2021-2022
Please fill out the Returning Student Request Form if your student (or sibling) will be attending Seedsowers Montessori Preschool next year. Please turn in your requests for 2021-2022 by February 5, 2021. This will allow us to contact new parents that are also interested in enrolling their child for next year. We are truly blessed to serve such a great group of children and parents! Check the CLASS POSTINGS for 2021-2022 on February 12 to verify the days we have your child attending & submit the materials fee to secure his/her enrollment.
